Dr. Montesinos is an operations and corporate development leader with medical training and experience with company creation (biotech start-ups), operationalizing projects, international partnerships, M&A, in-licensing, and direct investments in advanced therapy medicinal products. He has a strong business and entrepreneurial background and a decade-plus of experience with U.S. and international strategic regulatory affairs for medical devices, advanced therapy medicinal products, and medical technologies.

Dr. Montesinos is the managing partner and co-founder of Kamino Global, LLC, Chief Operating Officer of Black Canyon Bio, and vice president of Operations at Noble Life Sciences, Inc. He was previously senior director of business development for Innoforce Pharmaceuticals, a developer and manufacturer of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs).
